¿Hay servicio sanitario abordo de la experiencia? / Is there bathroom services onboard? 

• No hay servicio sanitario disponible una vez abordo.

¿Como reservo para grupos grandes? How can I make a reservation for a big group of people? 

• Para reservaciones de grupos grandes o actividades especiales, favor contactarnos.

¿Qué cosas puedo traer abordo? What can I bring onbaord? 

• Para disfrutar de su experiencia puede traer la comida y bebida que van a consumir solamente, ademas de toallas y zapatos de playa. Nosotros brindamos neveritas, hielo, grill y gas. También tenemos disponible para renta inflables, sillas, sombrillas y mesa de dominó. El espacio en las embarcaciones es limitado, por lo que le pedimos que no traiga equipaje ni artículos innecesarios. 
• To enjoy your experience you can bring the food and drink that you are going to consume only, in addition to towels and beach shoes. We provide coolers, ice, grill and gas. We also have inflatables, chairs, umbrellas and a dominoes' table available for rent. Space on the boats is limited, so we ask that you do not bring luggage or unnecessary items. 

¿Qué sucede si hay mal tiempo y se cancela la experiencia? / What happens if my experience is cancelled due to weather?

• Si la experiencia se cancela por malas condiciones del tiempo, la experiencia se re-programa para otra fecha. 
• If the experience is canceled due to bad weather conditions,it would be rescheduled for another date.
